  • Download Gojek or Grab apps (both accept international credit cards)
  • Search for 'Selasar Sunaryo Art Space' or enter 'Jalan Bukit Pakar Timur No. 100, Bandung'
  • Drivers are familiar with the location and GPS will guide them to the entrance

Cost & Time:

  • Estimated cost from downtown: IDR 40,000-60,000 (approximately USD 3-4)
  • Journey time: 20-30 minutes depending on traffic

Regular taxis are available throughout Bandung and can be hailed from the street, booked through your hotel, or called by phone. The location is well-known among local drivers.

  • Clearly state 'Selasar Sunaryo Art Space, Bukit Pakar Timur' when booking

Important Tips:

  • Always insist on using the meter or agree on the price before departure
  • Have the address written in Indonesian to show the driver
  • Bring small bills (IDR 50,000 or 100,000 notes) as drivers often don't carry much change
  • Ask the driver to wait or arrange a pickup time for your return journey - finding a taxi back can be challenging

Ideal if you're comfortable driving in Bandung. The route is scenic but features winding hillside roads with some steep inclines.

  • Head north on Jalan Dr. Setiabudhi (also known as Jalan Dago Atas)
  • Continue straight for approximately 4-5 km
  • Look for signs to Bukit Pakar Timur
  • Turn right onto Jalan Bukit Pakar Timur - the art space is at No. 100

Parking & Navigation:

  • Free parking available with ample space for cars and motorcycles
  • Navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze) work well for this route

Important Notes:

  • Roads can be narrow with sharp curves - drive carefully
  • The area is cooler than downtown, around 2-3°C lower
  • During weekends and holidays, nearby areas can be busy with local tourists
